These privacy terms explains how xandraprime ("we") amasses, processes and safeguards your personal data when you use and platform. We act as the data controller for that information.
Data collected. Names, emails, countries and similar identity data alongside KYC paperwork demanded by regulators. We also keep: execution and account history, technical logs and support chats. For EU/UK users: contract performance, legal obligation, plus legitimate interest.
Use of data. Running your account, settling trades, meeting compliance, fighting fraud, platform security, plus optional product emails with one-click opt-out.
Sharing. Sharing is limited to running vendors (custody, payments, KYC), authorities on valid demand, and anonymized metrics. We never sell personal data.
Storage & safety. We retain data through account lifetime and statutory windows (often five to seven years for trades). Protection: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in motion plus ISO 27001-audited access limits.
